Smoky Mountains campgrounds
Hey everyone. My wife and I are planning on camping near Gatlinburg in May with our 2 month old son. I'm looking for campground suggestions. We were looking at Elkmont but want to have at least electric hook up which it doesn't have. All the private campgrounds I have found appear to be a bit too Packed in and not very "outdoorsy". Anybody have any near by suggestions? Are there any state parks near the smoky mountains that might have electric that are nice?

My family and I have stayed at the Yogi Bear in Cosby, TN. Which is about 13 mi out side of Gatlinburg. It was really great as it had all of the services you needed, but was very secluded and great for tent camping. Also, close enough to all of the attractions. With a camp store on site, comes in pretty handy as well.
