Looking for tent campground options in Central Utah please

I am planning out a jeep road trip for the wife and I at the end of May. I was hoping someone here with first hand experience of the central Utah area(we will be driving the I15) could recommend a good tent campground with the basics, running water, restrooms, shade if possible and fishing in the central Utah area? Unfortunately Moab is a bit out of the way as we are heading north to Montana.

You could check out Palisade State Park in-between Sterling and Manti of state highway 89, it's east of the 15 a bit but not as far as Moab. I am pretty sure it has running water and definitely restrooms and probably power hookups as well. Gunnison reservoir is pretty close, they were digging it out this last winter but it might be full now. I think there is even a golf course if that's something you like to do as well.
