Utah in July or August with river or lake

Our camping friends are interested in Utah, but we can't go camping until July or August. Are there any places usually under 100 degrees F (90's are okay) and near water for the kids to play in?

There are a lot of really great places to go! If you don't want it to be too hot, Pine View Reservoir is a great place to go. Another great lake to check out is Deer Creek Reservoir. Both places are at a little bit higher altitutdes so they shouldn't get over 100 degrees.
