Bar Harbor KOA in Maine

Hello All

This is a recomended destination. This campground is the best in service and hospitality. When we arived they escorted us to our site and directed me into the site so my wife did not even have to get out. Then they proceeded to level out my camper by putting boards under my tires to make sure that I was level. They also provided me with a 30 amp extension cord to set up my rigg for power since the hook ups were a ways away. They also offered me hose if I needed it but I had plenty.

I bought a new 30 amp cord from them for less then Walmart and by the time you get done with shipping less then that of Camping World. Most of there Rv Supplies were very reasonable. I was on the water on site 138 with an ocean beach in front of me. WOW WAS THIS PLACE NICE! We paid 54.00 a night with our KOA CARD. and had water and 30 amp hook ups. They will pump you out if you need it..

This place even sent me a thank you letter for staying with them. When was the last time you got a letter from a place you stayed. A++++ RATING :D

Believe it or not, I was just looking online at places in Maine and this had come up. We were originally looking more towards Wells Beach due to some frinds of our being local there but this will be on our list.

This is great that you posted this. We were just at the KOA in Middleboro and got a brochure on the one in Maine. Good to know, I think we'll head here in September.
