Secluded camping in northeastern pa?

Some friends and I are planning a camping trip for June to celebrate graduating high school. Problem is, we have no idea where to go. We live in Matamoras PA, on the NY and NJ border, and are looking to go to a secluded or private or wilderness spot within 2 hours of here. We also want to be on a lake or river so we can have some fun in the water. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas that fit these parameters? Any help is greatly appreciated.
