This model was added to the 2004 Fleetwood Destiny DLX line as the "Timberlake". For 2005, the "Destiny" line was renamed the "Americana" line and each model was also given a new name. This unit is now sold as a Fleetwood "Victory". Other than the name change, the 2004 model is identical to the renamed 2005 model. MSRP on new model similarly equipped is $10,500.
This unit has a great open floor plan with popout over swing-level galley stove, cassette potty/shower, and front storage bin. Gas furnace and water heater. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Loads of easily accessible storage! We're tossing in RVQ grill, screen room, RV cover and BAL leveler to make this a great deal.
We purchased this in April 2004 and used it 5 times. The unit is super clean.
