took a trip with my son to an area of the Adirondacks i dont often get to visit
the high peaks region
i did the touristy thing, stayed at KOA, and had a great time
i kept hearing of overcrowding in the high peaks region
yet on this warm and sunny weekend only overcrowding i saw was a couple trail heads that overflowed with cars parked along side of road,
yet there were additional lots less than 1/4 mile away without a single car in them
