Help me decide!

First time upgrading my tent. Trying to decide between a Elk Mountain Yukon Bell tent and a White Duck Regatta Bell Tent.I understand the Elk Mountain is a polyester Canvas and the White Duck is a more traditional cotton Canvas. Priced pretty close to each other. Third option is the Ozark Trail wall tent. All have stove jacks.
