Going to South America want a solid tent. Here are my areas of interest:
-affordability.(I'm a backpacker without a return ticket. Been in Central America for the last 8 months.) but that doesn't mean I won't pay for quality
-2 man
-something that will keep the cold out and if possible keep cool when I'm on the tropics
-lightweight, I will be packing this pretty much everywhere I go
So I'm looking for something of a hybrid between backpacking and mountain terrain. A friend recommended the eureka mountain pass 2xTE. What do you think? I like it and consider it an option. But seems like it weighs maybe too
