  • World's smallest tent?

I just bought a tent for $32 on sale that I hope I never have to use. I've been carrying one of those silver emergency blankets in my pack just in case I ever get caught hiking in the mountains and need a little protection. This will replace that in my pack.

    RAB Integral Designs Bothy 2

It's a waterproof polyester rip stop "bag" designed to cover one or two people sitting up. Basically a rain fly without the tent. Can use a trekking pole to hold it up or not. 58 inches long, 38 inches tall, 20 inches wide. Weighs 11 ounces and stuffs down to 7 x 5 inches. I'm sure it would be utterly miserable to sit in, but if you are caught out in a pouring rain or a howling wind with a sprained ankle or whatever, it beats the alternative! Could also be used to as a big cover for stuff around the campsite.

Now the big question? I wonder if a queen-sized airbed will fit?

That's pretty cool. Looks perfect for what you are hoping to never use if for.

      Interesting product.
I use a one-man 'bivytent' from The Sportsman's Guide that weighs 2.5lbs. and is pretty compact in it's stuffsack or can be stashed in a backpack. Totally rain-proof as it has a full rainfly. Costs about $35 now - I got it years ago for $25. Works for me.
Longtime Motorcycle Camper. Getting away from it all on two wheels!
