Yes, correct. I'm nearly 60 and it takes both Desert Rose and I 45 minutes to an hour pitching it. Attaching the screen to the front awning add another 30 minutes. Yes, maybe I'm slow, but until two years ago I was wheel-chair bound. Now I can at least stand and walk a little. Love our Kodiak!
Before I climbed out of the chair, Desert Rose could pitch it in almost double that time. I helped then but not much!
Thanks for the info on setup time on the 6133, the 6014 I got up in 20 min. the first time. I am going to go with long lag bolts for stakes (use my 18v impact gun to run them in the ground) that will shave alot of time off. Under 15 min. setup time with one person should be achievable.
This will be important to me as we are just stopping overnight in the Michigan U.P. then the rest of the way to the inlaws in Ontario. On the way back we will take four or five days to get home, just stopping when or wherever we feel like.
Labman, it would be nice to ask you to postup some pics of your Kodiak, when you have time....stick around and chime in on other posts as well. Once you hit six posts you're pretty much golden 'round here. You're already up to the 1/2 way point. Thanks for joining CF!

Campin' Here Between Campouts! Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult
Labman - thanks for the video. The Springbar looks tough! Did you read the comments for the video? The first one says that the tent needs guylines. I will be camping in the Southwest... Mojave desert, Nevada, Utah. All places that get some fierce wind. So, even though the Kodiak doesn't need the guylines, they will sure help.
RDF - I will have to put the tent together because I'm still not visualizing where the guy lines should go. The flex-bow is different than the cabin model - there are no corner poles. There are two vertical poles (one on each side of the tent) and a few poles along the roof (no poles at the corners). I'm sure when I get it up, it will make sense.
I'm glad you are walking better and can camp again. Thanks for your service to this country.
Here is another video of the Springbar that shows where your supplied guylines will go on the awning (the Springbar awning has to be zipped on to the tent but the Kodiaks is sewn on). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6H0Xr...feature=relmfu I am not sure where you would fasten more guylines to the actual tent body it self. Might be worth emailing this question to Kodiak canvas and see what they say?
