Very nice area! I think I see hubcaps and radio antenas. Then missionary I was with had to remove every thing on the outside of his Toyota like jeep that he could as they would steal anything they could. In the lake Titio CaCA hotel they had armed men who walked about the outside at night. You parked the car inside a walled area at night. The walls were about 10' high with broken glass on the top of the wall inbedded in cement. The rooms were nice for Bolivian standards. However I never got used to the electric widow-maker shower heads, that was a bit unsettling. I has a cleaning lady come while I was in the shower and she made no excuse, just went about her business. Nice people with strange customs for a whit man who never left the US before.
