Masonry cost estimating

I was wondering if anyone had a rough all-inclusive(materials and labor) estimating cost they used for masonry estimation? Looking for a rough cost, either per block, or square foot for a fully grouted 8" block with vertical reinforcement every 24". I have the NCMA Tek's for material estimating, just nothing cost. I don't need exact numbers, just some rough figures I can throw around.

Have you ever tried using the nickel board for estimating?
