I've heard a lot of people comment about iawoodsmans youtubes. He does a lot of outdoors and bushcrafty stuff.

Susanne Williams does some fun stuff too. One of her recent ones was her and another girl doing an inflatable kayak and standup paddleboard trip in a river in southern Germany, an overnighter.

He is a traditional winter camper. His YouTube videos of winter and summer stuff is pretty good.

Youtube...where you start watching videos on camping and end up watching out takes from the Carol Burnett show...only to find that three hours have gone by.
