Another reason why I love hammock camping. Never a worry about rocks or roots underneath me! I don't miss those tent days. Hats off to those who still do tent camp!

I sleep in the bed of my truck. Same result. Don't have to worry about rocks under the tent.

When I can remember to get the folding & telescoping rake out of the shed; (similar to this);

I bring it.. (sometimes there are little spiney things, especially in the desert or southern Co.; so I don't take my shoes off though)...
