What are some good summer camps? Something interesting... fun, and a stay for about a week.

This is a hard post to make recommendations for without a general idea of location.

I can make tons of recommendations for Georgia/Florida, but if you're in Oregon, that isn't going to help much

If I had a full week, I'd take the family to the Adirondacks or the Grand Canyon

You want serious altitude in the Summer months, like Sequoia Nat'l Forest, around Camp Nelson: Peppermint, Quaking Aspen CG...YOSEMITE without all the people!
