Upstate New York has some really pretty countryside to do some camping in. Schroon Lake was really nice
as was the area around Lake Placid. Lived there (NY) in the late 90's and had some fun camping trips back then...

I've been camping ih the white mountains of NH for my entire life. It's a great place to camp.
White Mountains of NH has a lot of great camping we were there last of Sept & 1st part of Oct sure injoyed the color.

Going part of the way to NH. Leaving tomorrow for central Vermont. Plan on one day trip to our old campground in Ashland NH Jellystone park. Went there many times when the kids were small. Hope to drive over after to Weirs beach. Just loved it there. Loved the waterslides, Now I can just look. To old for those fast slides.
