Looking to meet other local campers around San Antonio area

Howdy! Anyone else here from around the San Antonio area?

Hubby and I are always looking to make new camping friends. We have a travel trailer and love the state parks. Try to stay as close to home as we can get, that way you have more camping time and less travel time.

Where did / do you stay ? Forgive me for being new but do you tent camp, tt, or pop up ( or anything else)? Do you go alone or with family or friends? It's hard to find people that are from or come to this area.

Just a family trip. We didn't take the camper...too hot in July. We don't have air conditioning on our pop-up.

Stayed at Schitterbahn. What a great town. By boys loved the Alamo. I've been a few times, but the boys had never been. They love history.
