Blue Cheese Steak
Howdy,
Ingredients:
4 ounces(115g) crumbled blue-veined cheese(I recommend Stilton, it's a little expensive).
1/4 cup(60ml) thinly sliced sweet onions
Basic Steak (see earlier post)
Combine blue-cheese and onions in a small bowl(it can be a paper bowl, cheap). Follow the directions for the Basic Steak, sprinkling meat with the cheese/onion mixture after the steaks are turned.:cool:
