best viewing for Perseids- Barkley Lake area

I'm a lifetime camper, happy to join the forum. For Perseids viewing on Friday the 12th, I'm heading toward Eddyville area of Kentucky. I motorhome camped with family at Holiday Hills and Prizer Point, but for meteor viewing, I need a place with little light polution. Does anyone have suggestions for tent camping spots that have truly dark areas for viewing?
