  • Dutch Oven: Swiss Steak Stew

    Howdy:

    We ate the stew then I remembered, wouldn't it be a good photo if I showed the end product, well we did have a little leftover.

    Started with 2 lbs of round steak cut into chucks and browned. Then my bride added, wine, tomatoes, corn, spices, onions, green peppers, hot sauce, & mushrooms last for our stew over biscuits from earlier in the day. In 3 hours, slow cooked on simmer heat we ate. Oops the final photo.
