Speeding up new member post approvals

I signed up on Dec 27th, 2017. January 23, 2018 is when I saw my posts. That is just shy of a full month!!!!

I see I'm not the only one frustrated by the amount of time it takes for new member posts to be approved. I certainly understand the need for approval process and agree with it.

What can be done to speed up the process? How can I help?
