Adirondack Park Tent Camping
Hey everyone,
I am new to this forum and I'm currently trying to plan a trip for the end of May for myself and 7 of my closest friends.
The idea started as finding a good place for all of us to camp, we've been doing this for a couple years now. This year is my turn to do the planning.
The past two years we've spent our trips in our home state, Pennsylvania. However, this year I figured we should shake it up a bit and go out of state. This led me to Adirondack Park, NY.
I'm looking for the help of people who are familiar with the area or have been some of the campgrounds for some advice on where to go. We would like somewhere that is not too populated, we want to have that secluded feeling. Also, we all love to kayak.
If anyone knows of places that have secluded sites with a lot of woods to put of some hammocks and not worry about a lot of noise from families or other disturbances please let me know! Thanks!
