  • diy teardrop power converter

I am building my second teardrop and this time I want to add power. I tore apart an older 5th wheel and we had a 25 amp power converter we want to use on this teardrop. I know it may be an overkill but its free. Question: how would I hook it up? I want to have a small microwave (which I pulled out of the other camper), a few lights and a possible marine style small heater . I kept all wires attached as they were from the 5th wheel but not sure how this would go thru the battery. I am thinking of a small solar panel to charge the battery. on the camper itself instead of charging thru my car. So, I shouldn't need to reconfigure my trailer wiring which is standard 4 plug, correct? Any ideas and the simpler the explanation and instructions, the better. I am not a wiring guru...
