I have a 2000 KZ Sportsman TT with the rear slide bedroom. I have not been using it much but my mom comes and visits and she love to sleep in it. While I was setting it up for her current stay I discovered the complete right rear corner (wood framework) of trailer has disintegrated from rot!! I was sick!! This much rot tells me this has been going on for quite some time (maybe from time of purchase) with no indication of leaks. I was getting ready to put new tires and roof membrane cleaning and seal. We want to downsize but now the camper is useless. Has anyone else had experience with the KZ rear slide TT and the rotting substructure? If you have had this problem please let me know how you handled it. The camper is 13 years old but I never expected something like this to happen!!
