The big key is to bring only what you need. I carry only 1 extra shirt and socks. I wear running shorts instead of under wear. Forget big and heavy hiking boots-go ultra light and wear running shoes. Loose a few pounds around the middle if you are carry too much body weight.

I agree with his tips, another good way you can organize things even if you have a single pocket pack is to keep small loose items in a smaller bag within your pack for toiletries for example
