  • New propane stove

Just got a new Woods propane stove..yippee!
However, the control knobs are a bit tight..not hard to turn, but they spring back a little bit when you rotate them.
The question is......should I put a drop of WD40 or similar down the control shafts, or is there an O-ring that will get damaged by the oil?

Here is a pic for reference.........

    Howdy OC,
I don't know and I wouldn't. The problem I have is that you can't regulate the heating temperature very well. The only position you have available is high heat. Good luck. It's not intented to do very much but put out flame to scald water, Thanks for sharing!
